The Form 16 can be generated under Tools section.  Companies with less employee count can generate, download and manually sign the copies and also email.  However for larger employee count, you can use the Digital signature option to sign the forms.  Follow this link to understand the procedure to generate Digitally signed form 16.

• Go to Tools > IT Utils > Form 16.

• Choose the Financial year from the drop down.

• Select the desired employee or select all employees.

• Click on Generate button, download and email button as desired.

• Do not forget to click on Release Form 16 to release to the employees.
