To assign a Manager to an employee, perform the following steps:
- Start by clicking on Actions tab, search and click Assign Manager. Alternatively, you can also navigate to Employee > Main >Reporting Structure. The Reporting Structure page appears.
- If you are in Reporting Structure page, Click Assign manager.
- Select the employee and the manager to be assigned.
- Click Update Manager, a dialog box appears prompting you to confirm the action.
- Click Confirm.
