On greytHR, you can choose to complete your Leave year-end process in one of two ways: Automatic or Manual.
However, as an admin, a few things need to be wrapped up for the current Leave Year before you can do the Leave year-end.
- You need to make sure there is no leave request pending for approval, this is to ensure all employee Leaves are taken into consideration for the leave year-end activity.
- If required, make changes to the current leave policy with respect to number of days to be lapsed, encashed or carried forward.
- Then finally Complete your leave year-end process manually (if you have selected automatic leave year-end process, now it’s time for you to relax. Leave year-end process on greytHR will happen automatically on the date set by you)
